Besides standard valves, Zeta Corp offers valves in exotic materials and of a specific design. All valves meet API, ANSI, BS, or DIN standards. Sizes from 1/8" up to, 56", class 150 lbs. - 4500 lbs. Staybolts can be supplied to ASTM A 193-B7, A320-L7, A193-B8, A193-B8T, A193-B8T Class2, in every length and size, in every quality or quantity with the necessary certificates.

1. Ductile Iron Pipes

Zeta Corp can supply a very wide range of ductile iron pipes. All pipes manufacture by a centrifugal process to meet in every respect the requirement of International Standard. We can cover all the API, BS, JS, ISO, DIN, EN Standards.

Quality to Pipes and Fittings

All Pipes and Fittings are brand new and have no defects. Which is not more than half a year since its manufacture date and has never been used before. Pipes can be cut, drilled, or machined.

Internal Coating

All pipes can be lined internally with cement by centrifugal process.

External Coating

All pipes can be coated externally with metallic Zinc and then covered by bituminous paint with the standard BS3416.

2. Fittings

All ductile fittings can be lined internally with cement, coated externally covered by bituminous paint. All fittings are packed with a wooden crate or in a wooden basement. Some sorts of fittings dimensions.

3. Rubber Gaskets

All rubber gaskets for pipes are and all gaskets are packed with wooden cases or in bags. (All gaskets avoid exposure to light and high storage temperatures).

4. Polyethylene Sleeves

As per customer requirements, polyethylene sleeves are bound with wooden cases or in bags. (All sleeves avoid exposure to light and high storage temperatures).

5. Lubricating Phase

Push-on joints are sealed during assembly by compression of the joint gasket. This operation requires the use of the lubricating paste to reduce the force needed for the compression. the paste does not affect drinking water quality and inhibits bacterial growth. It is water-resistant, packaged in containers, and can be used over a wide temperature range (-200C to + 600C).

We supply elbows, tees, full couplings, caps, plugs, bushings, hex nipples, unions, bosses, etc. Swage nipples weldolts, sockolets, thredolets, Nipolets, latrolets, and elbowelts. Ratings: 150 lbs., 3000 lbs, 6000 lbs. and sizes 1/8" to 4" NB. Thread forms include API, BSPP, BSPT, NPT.

We can supply cam profile gaskets, ring-type joints, spiral wound gaskets, metal jacketed gaskets, graphite gaskets, PTFE steel lined gaskets, jointing material, PTFE sealing tape. Plus; chemical hoses, oil, and petrol hoses, bulk hoses, hoses for beverages and foodstuffs, hydraulic hoses, steam, air and water hoses, couplings, connectors, and accessories.
